So there's a few other new tracks coming, a few new versions of older songs, and some other fun things coming. I just wanted to say, the band has actually been working in this format for three albums now (including You Are We, the album with Silence Speaks). And for me personally, while I love the band and 92% of the stuff they've put out (there were two tracks on Sleeps Society that were misses for me), that self-made / fan made approach is so exciting as someone who's concerned about where the music industry could be heading, concerning bands and distribution, funding, and tour support. And I'm really happy that they've inspired others to do something similar. In this format, the band isn't restricted to what a label wants and are freer to create honest and genuinely affecting content. The only downside is possibly bands who only make what the fans ask for. As Henry Ford famously said: 'If I made what people asked for, it would have been faster horses.' In that sense, sometimes the band has to subvert what even those paying for these albums to be funded are demanding, as those fans would likely be happy with the band retreading the same ground and utilizing the same elements. This is a massive song, with elements of Seven Hills, Hurricane, and Sleeps Society, but spun together so well and with a great modern approach. It's a very hopeful song, in that, it's very much meant to open dialogues regarding mental health and breaking the stigma around issues like anxiety, depression, paranoia, and the perceived self worth that causes so many to spiral into these areas of self harm and self doubt. It's a vicious cycle that bands like WSS are trying so hard to fight back against, and I think that music can and should play a huge role in establishing a sense of community and support. I love While She Sleeps! so proud of them, they've always had a DIY approach to everything that they do, their bassist does alot of film work (including helping film that video!) even the drummer got involved in shooting this video and yes they are a fucking incredible live band! all of the crowd stuff on this track are Sleeps Society patreon members i think its incredible how they interact and even get thier fans involved with the music!

Met these guys way back in like 2012 when they were on tour opening for Parkway here in Dallas. I think they were promoting “This is the Six”. Bought there CD from there merch table and told a few of the band members they were awesome and gonna blow up soon. Glad I was right!

Imo, they meant to make it sounds louder, looks like they are bringing their old sounds back, the snare really gave me a vibe of the ablum this is the six, and the breakdowns literally sounded very Brainwashed era, they hadn’t been this heavy for a while.
