Listened to your Menopause journey prior to this tutorial. I cannot express my gratitude enough as I sat on my lounge At 1am in Australia. Tears in my eyes & frustration filling my mind. I immediately googled a Menopause Clinic in Canberra ( yes 2am in the morning ) I had no idea we had such a Clinic, nor that they existed. Have today made an appointment. Thank you you have shown me the light at the end of 20 year tunnel. Bless

Love this. Great tip about using hairspray to fix them. I've noticed mine are becoming sparse and might pluck (pardon the pun) up courage to use a dye. Thanks Liz x
