I always include oranges studded with cloves and bundles of cinnamon sticks on the tree…great smell and you can make mulled wine with them when the tree comes down….dry January permitting!!!

And for wrapping the Japanese way of wrapping with fabric and ribbon is lovely, or I use left over wallpaper or brown parcel paper and use a stamp to decorate…good children’s activity too!

Just beautiful Liz!!!! I love Christmas!!!! I am still decorating and it is a passion for sure :*) We live in a stone french country style cottage with a lot of land, a greenhouse, and the most beautiful barn. The snow has been magical here in the US!!!! I have our home decorated in the french country style. I am pondering getting chickens but am undecided. Your food options and drinks are spot on. I am a proseco and cranberry lover LOL!!! Happy Christmas to you Liz and family :*)

Please help Liz just across a video that tells me Sat fat makes you loose muscle and calcium from milk makes you lose bone ? Can you debunk these on your podcast. I eat whole food meat, dairy , some veggies and fruit and sourdough bread , sometimes pasta and rice

@ thanks Liz and have a Merry Christmas. I get so lost and fearful with all the contrasting information out there but try to eat as well as I can afford. However, I panic when the way I eat is called into question. As I drink 250 to 500ml of goats milk a day, with 30grams cheese and 140ml of goats milk Keifr , as well as some butter on my sourdough toast and that leads me to 40grams of Sat fat a day eeek. ❤️

Wishing everyone whom may read this a A BLESSED SEASON. Actually Liz, this is a random questio, I hope you will not mind, its about led masks, I know you love cellreturn, there are so many on the market, are there any others that you would recommend. I love a puzzle, I think they are great for focus, and exercising the brain muscle, I remember puzzles being a big feature in my family home, growing up, there would be a huge puzzle out, and anyone, and everyone whom passed through our home, would contribute to the puzzle, always make a great gift too 🎄🎉✨️🎈❤🙏
