Thank you for your testimony. Your father’s perseverance was remarkable. Thank goodness you got out.

Thank you for your videos, and for knowing even a little and from a distance, these brave and charming people. They are truly inspiring. Congratulations also, to the host of the interviews, Bill Benson. His voice couldn't be more pleasant to hear. Thank you.

Thank you, Mr. Weil, for sharing your amazing story. Your father was an incredibly brave man as he fought so hard to get your family to safety. Your mother had to have been so strong to endure the harrowing voyage to America. It must have been comforting to both of them to see you happily playing on your rockinghorse, oblivious to the fears of the adults. I also want to say how sorry I am that there is antisemitism even in the US and the ignorance of hollacaust deniers. I have always immensely admired immigrants who have come to our country with nothing much but the clothes on their backs and not knowing the language, yet successfully making a new life. What grit and determination! Please know there are so many people who admire the Jewish people's accomplishments and are appreciative of their valuable contributions to our country.

It really hit home when I was looking up the names of those who went through the Holocaust and I found 2 people with my first middle and last name.

I would like to know more about the benevolent, mysterious Mr. Rice. Did Mr. Weil's family ever contact and thank him?
