I have this blade sharpener since 2012. And it is very good for sharpening. I work at meat processing here in Australia. Highly recommended.

I've had one of these for years. It is built very robust. I don't remember where I purchased it, but whoever sold it to me already set the stone up properly. Which was extremely nice. I'm purchasing an Asian Vegetable Cleaver and I'll be interested in how the EzeSharp will handle it.

That looks like a knife sharpening system that actually works. Why isn't it available in the USA? Please contact Amazon so the system is available to other markets. david
