What do you mean by the Tomcat not having DME? You have TACAN and DME is simply the range part of TACAN. The DME/TACAN channel paired with 112.3 is 70X.

I see in your video that when you select the vor on the screen there is a range. Was that rank the signal of a tacan?

I can not get this to work. My BDHI is displaying "OFF" on the right hand side of the display. I am not sure what i am missing. I have done this step by step from setup and still no joy. Any Ideas mate?

Sorry, I must be doing something wrong. I cannot for the life of me get this to work. I followed your tutorial, even copied the parameters / frequencies in the mission editor from your example, but still not able to hear anything or get the direction on the BDHI when I put it in DF mode. The small/thin needle only points 12 o'clock when I do this. In the mission editor: I've set action commands like set frequencies, transmit frequencies, chosen a .wav file for it to transmit etc. Freq: 320 FM. I've tried to get Jester to tune it in via the Jester menu, and also manually from the RIO seat. T/R = nothing. DF=BDHI thin needle only to 12 o'clock no matter what. Nothing is blocking the view (no mountains etc), and I am close to the tank transmitting. I want to be able to find things without pulling out the map everytime (feels like cheeting, you know?) Sorry for the long post, I hope you, or someone, can help me out! Btw, i'm new to DCS so there must be something i'm doing wrong. Thanks

Yes it was very disappointing of them wasn't it? If I had it early access I wouldn;t have to rush so much and could have asked them questions, rather than guessing everything like I have to do now.

@@grimreapers I really like your stile of tutorials, but many don´t, and I think it was because the way you did your initial tutorials on the hornet, which were later redone but their first impression of you was not so good back than. But its still the developers choice, and at least now everybody can fly it.
