To be honest...this was the most impressive modelling I have ever seen. Most times I just skip the whole thing and go for final shootings.I am impressed with all the skill involved and I usually dont get easilly impressed ( being a modeller for almost 40 years). A very good job indeed! My hat is off for you!

Excellent. Two things: Its not rivets its screws, rivets will be under the paint and you wont see them. The heat exchanger exhaust is dark grey. They dont get painted, instead they are covered in solid film lubricant. 13:25 Also the model is messed up, the formation lights are flush, they dont stick out like that. (F-14D mechanic)

Try painting instrument buttons with a toothpick! That said, the kit seems to have a near perfect fit! Very good build, albeit a bit over-weathered.

I absolutely love your modelling excellent work you are very talented artist thank you for sharing, your approach to weathering is pretty much in line with my own i look at it as a part of the detail process or detail painting and nothing more nothing less i have a couple questions about the equipment, are you using one Iwata airbrush for all your media or one for each and also have you tried the IPP acrylics if not what are you doing for ventilation? Again thank you for sharing.

I use Iwata 0.3mm airbrush in all my paint works. IPP is lacquer paint and does not have acrylic paint. I use my own spray booth for ventilation and the picture is on the Community tab.

말도 많고 탈도 많았지만 공중프로브 패널라인만 리엔그레이빙 하고 조립, 색칠하시니 완성품은 정말 근사합니다. 문제점이 아주 많다고는 대충 알고 있지만 얼핏 봐서 세부 디테일은 타미야보다 더 스타일리쉬 하네요. 문제점도 잘 모르겠구요. 희안한게 타미야꺼가 깔것이 없을정도로 좋다고 하는데 완성품들을 보면 뭔가 지나치게 무난한 느낌만 있지 스타일리쉬하다. 디테일하다 느낌은 받지 못해봤습니다. 키트가 욕도 많이 먹고 문제도 많다지만 멋지게 만드니 결과물은 그래도 한없이 멋있습니다.

말씀감사합니다 joon hong님 몇몇 지적된 문제점 중에서 급유프로브의 패널라인과 GPS 안테나 정도 수정하는 것으로 끝냈지만 저 역시 세부 디테일은 정말 괜찮다고 생각합니다 패널라인과 리벳의 굵기나 깊이도 만족스럽구요 다만 조립시 영상에서는 다루지 않았지만 수도없이 가조립을 했습니다 특히 인테이크 램프 부위는 워낙에 회를 쳐놔서 몇몇 부품의 길이를 조정해 주지 않으면 정확히 조립이 안되고 뚜껑(?)이 닫히질 않습니다 엔진 나셀 역시 한번에 레고처럼 딱 맞는 핏은 아닙니다 부분적으로 클램프로 고정해 주며 접합한 것입니다 제작하며 느낀 점은 마치 키네틱사의 제품을 만드는 듯한 기분이였습니다 뭔가 디테일하고 얼핏보면 정교하게 부품들이 설계된 듯 해 보이지만 막상 만들어보면 몇몇 부품의 핏이 정확하지 않아 제작 스트레스가 만만찮은 그런 느낌이였습니다 그럼에도 완성시킨 후의 만족감은 나쁘지 않았습니다 아니 오히려 좋았던 것 같습니다

지금 도색하고 있는 색상은 경우는 설명서에 나와 있는대로 도색을 하는건가요? 아니면 개인취향에 맞게 색을 임의로 지정해서 칠하는 건가요? 예를들어 본체 기체가 그레이 색인데 거기에 하얀색비슷한 도료를 섞어서 그레이와 하얀색이 섞여서 실제 전투기에서 나오는 색감을 표현하신 것 같은데 제가 생각한것이 맞나요? 그리고 이렇게 하는것은 설명서에도 나와있나요?

그리고 먹선 넣는 과정에서 불필요한 부분을 지울때는 어떻게 지우는지 알고싶습니다! 예를들어 신너를 사용해서 닦아 낸다던지 물을 사용한다던지..

일단 설명서에는 지정색과 도색가이드가 있을 뿐 도색방법이 나오지는 않습니다 제 경우 기본적으로 지정색을 사용하지만 사진등 레퍼런스를 참고해서 조색하기도 합니다 흰색을 조금 섞은 것은 기본색보다 조금 밝은 색으로 얼룩등을 표현한 것이고 먹선을 지울 때는 도료특성에 따라 다 다릅니다 에나멜도료의 경우 에나멜 신너를 묻혀서 지우고 몇몇 메이커에서 나오는 패널라이너의 경우 마른 면봉으로 지울 수도 있고 에나멜 신너를 묻혀 지울 수도 있습니다 또 유화의 경우도 마찬가지로 마른 것이나 신너를 묻힌 것 둘다 사용할 수 있습니다 도료에 따라서 그리고 표현하고자 하는 정도에 따라 취사선택하는 것 입니다
