I love playing simulators, I started with Arma 3 and then I saw DCS World. I also enjoy War Thunder , Battlefield , Ghost recon, Squad , Rome total war, Microsoft Flight Simulator and more. I also enjoy World War II games including il-2 In DCS World i found all the jets that i wanted to fly in a simulator the F 16 Viper , FA 18 Hornet , F 15 Eagle , A 10 Warthog , SU 27 , Mig 29 , P 51 , Spitfire , AH 64 Apeche , Heuy and more... And if you will download MODs the options are endless: F 22 Raptor, SU 57 , A 4 Skyhawk , SR 71 Blackbird , Rafale, Gripen and the list goes on.

It's all tactics. A 2 V 1 is nothing if they do not play as a team. Guaranteed if they played as a team they would wipe you in a couple of minutes.

Agreed, it didn't seem like either of them were communicating in the first round at all, and their lift vector placement was not correct for where they were in the fight. That's on top of merging at 500+ knots. The cat should be able to turn inside or equal to the f16 and he just stayed in their circle the whole time.

@@Thorn19774mmmhh with the cat you should always prefer a 1 circle against the Viper, that thing is the king of rate fighting mate 😅

@ZioWillY eeh maybe irl, in DCS a clean f15 outrates it not sure about the cat anymore but last i checked the performance bands overlaped pretty evenly with the viper winning in climb and roll rate. Of the 4th gen fighters, the hornet, m2k the f15 and the su27 have better performance in the rate while clean.

This was amazing, I love the dynamics change in a 2 VS 1 engagement. Perhaps you could organize an event were you can recreate some events with outnumbered fights, I know is not easy to do, but it would be awesome watching battles like that with all human piloted fighters.

That was entertaining... did Akagi and Rechsmarschal have voice comms? Good timing on the bandit switch. Seemed to get just a little unlucky in the gunnery department tho. Dunno if you're running VR, but try angling off just a touch and looking around the side of the instrument panel on your lead turns -- you can take a bigger bite earlier while keeping tally.

I wish I had the time and hardware to play DCS. I have a lot of time in combat flight sim and, when you are outnumbered, you need to take your shots quick and move on. If you are trailing the same guy for more than 30 seconds, you are about to explode. With the right plane matching 9:1 matches are doable.

Seems like it might be Akagi's first time playing the F14 or he really doesn't have a lot of knowledge in it. He doesn't even try to lock you up before using guns. He's just wildly spraying all over the place and flying laps around because he doesn't know how to use the jet whatsoever.
