F 2566 Ryan XV5A Vertifan VTOL Jet Aircraft

I wonder if both the Harrier and F-35 development guys looked heavily into this aircraft. It's unbelievable this thing didn't wind up in production... it clearly worked... YEARS before we saw anything else like it in full production. I understand the fans in the wings took up a lot of bomb rack space, but they could have revised the design a bit.

this aircraft was way ahead of its time and it worked quite well impressive to say the least.

Sound sucks , I found it so annoying I had to guit watching.

It probably was converted from a piece of film that was in somebodies garage for 40 years. Ryan Aero didnt make it to the 80s, it's amazing theres video documentation at all.
