If you do put an extra fuel cell in and total near 100 gallons, I'd recommend getting a water separator system. A friend has a 6.6 duramax with 120 gallons and was having a huge issue with water in fuel. A Fass system fixed it

@@RVingwithGprobably 69-70 inch. Most type I ambulances are not 6FT or more. And you gotta watch out for hand rails on the ceiling on some of them.

For future reference if you are ever lifting something like that and using a ring on the fork. Put a C-Clamp you trust in front of the ring and it won't come off. Just discovered your channel cool stuff man!

Just found your channel. You might want to look up the Ford body builder's manuals for these chassis. They should be findable as they are older models, and they show all of the wiring connection points that the body upfitter would have connected to, including the wiring diagrams if I remember correctly. Unplugging standard connectors is easier than cutting and labeling.

Then boxes are heavy. I have 1989 f350 super duty which is F450 Nowadays. And mine had a utility box on it with the cherry picker. I had to get a Crane to take it off. It weighed 5000 pounds. The fourth list we had couldn't pick it up.

I have a 7.3ps with a 4 inch straight pipe, and the cat does make it a lot quiter. My truck never had one. But id never go back to non straight piped

I've got a straight piped 7.3 shuttle bus, no cats, and it sounds the same. Engine is noisier than the exhaust.

That 2000 73 ford f450 zf6 can’t no longer be registered in California. Diesel trucks with engine model years older than 2010 and weighing at least 14,000 pounds can't be registered with the Department of Motor Vehicles anymore. I live in California. Born and raised. If it wasn’t for the great year-round weather, I’d be out of this state. While most of the country was frying, I was enjoying 72 degree weather. That’s the main reason I’m still here. But I do hate many aspects of the state as well. I don’t want to get political though. But every state has good and bad aspects. Anyway, another great video.

Yup! When I spoke to the DMV I should still be able to register it once it is titled as an RV. However, this is not our long term home so hopefully it will never see a California plate

The restriction is based on GVWR over 14,000 lbs. Even if your vehicle actually weighs less, they will go by GVWR.
