Fantastic and thanks for sharing . I know the time and effort in building a home cockpit . I spent 7 years building a 737 sim . But ….having a flat screen for the outside view is not total immersion. I fly in vr with a motion sim at home and I’m a real world pilot if you used this with mixed reality in vr in would be spectacular. Cheers Dave from Scotland

Fair enough but you have it rotated for side stick configuration, ie as it is on the F16 when a side stick. You should rotate to fit your hand, left 15 degrees as it is in the A10 that uses the same grip.

Thanks! I designed & built it myself, seat & main structure made of MDF. HOTAS, UFC & MFDs from WinWing, TekCreations panels and some custom electronics as well. You can also get design from openhornet project and build it yourself, or check TekCreations' website as they sell some full-cockpit assemblies.

@@speakinginsilver04 As for resolution the G2 has a little more clarity, but the Q3 lenses are extremely good. There is no sweet spot in it. If you watch Warthog Project he is using it with the passthrough.

Thanks! I do fly F16 & even MSFS. For F16 I have WIngWing's ICP module that fits perfectly on top of the UFC, and the MFDs work perfectly. All other buttons can be mapped as you like (master arm, gear, flaps, etc.), although they are not exactly on the same position for other planes. Cheers!

I have to ask.., I have Teks warning panel and Lock Shoot! They tend to delay the longer I fly. Another words if I get a lock, and I’ve been flying for a while, the lock shoot may not go on for a long time afterwards. How do you get yours response so quickly? Is there a firmware or something you do that I don’t see?

When I first received Tek's parts also had same issue. After trying several firmware updates finally ended up using 2 brain controllers and that help with the delay. I'd suggest to email Kieron and he will help you, good luck!
