I challenge myself to cook a yam ring busket recently. To be honest, I'm not satisfied with the outcome. The texture was getting less chewy or crispy. To somebody like me, who do not cook regularly at home, it definitely requires a lot of try and error to get a hand on it. Good job to popo and sis.
