I actually had a shop manager that thought you could load a drawing and the machine would spit out parts. He was smart as a bag of hammers.

Eric and John .... I really enjoy your channels... two guys that really enjoy shooting spots and sharing their knowledge and maybe yanking our chain once in a while...

I like the longer interviews. Please consider interviewing Dave Gullo from Buffalo Arms Company, he is an accomplished championship BPCR competitor. And much like yourself, Dave is a manufacturer providing product that the top shooters in the industry use to win. Also, it might be interesting to see an interview with Adam Weatherby, the grandson of Roy Weatherby. Weatherby is a family owned firearms manufacturer for 3 generation.

John was right, when I texted him I was south of Houston, about to go set up steel targets at our ranch😁. Heading up to Navasota for the PRS match tomorrow for registration and sight in.

Gotta say I'm really looking forward to the air rifle. Also loved the conversation y'all are awesome
What a lot of people do not get about custom parts is the setup time. Be it creating a model to plot tool paths around to the actual setting up and proving out the first article to the lost production on what the machine was running. This is how economy of scale works and people that have never been around manufacturing have no clue

Hey Erik, consider getting something like a Haus TL lathe for doing custom one offs and prototyping. I’m with you, shutting down your production machine it’s never a good idea.

I guess I don’t get what’s wrong with a 6.5 creedmoor I mean I get that it won’t beat a 7mm in the wind and such but I use one out to 800 on steel and I’ve never had a issue shooting deer with it?

Hi Eric If you were budget minded(not cheap) and looking for a new scope for benchrest/f class, what would it be? Thank you for all you do for the shooting community!!

Budget is a really relative word. Price range must be determined before advice can be given

I have an RPR. If you lighten the trigger and change the rear stock they become excellent shooters.
