Dr Jordan Peterson is one of the dwindling sane voices. I agree with his point about solving the problem of posts by trolls, etc. Social Platforms should at least focus on vetting their own advertisers instead of "fact checking" profile posts. There is an assumption of safe shopping with ads approved by Facebook. There is no consumer protection and there are too many sketchy sellers.

The bad news is that it's not going to be easy. The good news is you've already overcome the hardest hurdle. Accepting responsibility for yourself is #1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 in the steps towards positive change. It's up to you, and of course you have it in yourself to see it though. You also have it in yourself to fall flat on your face. The choice is yours. I promise you that people you have never met, nor will ever meet or come in contact with in any way are genuinely rooting for you.

You've got this. Any daily amount of progress, no matter how small, can move mountains. Do even meaningless things that take effort, and the dominos will fall. Don't measure progress, just make sure it's there. We often set our expectations unrealistically high, so don't measure progress. Just make sure that there IS progress.

Jordan, when you mentioned that integrated anger turns into determination, that really resonated with me. I used to have explosive anger, reacting to everything, and it was something I couldn't control. But now, after a lot of work on myself, that anger has transformed. It’s no longer something that controls me, it’s been integrated, and I can feel it turning into a driving force, a determination to push forward. Over the past month, I’ve gone through the most transformation I’ve ever had. I started with getting healthy, then working out, eating right, and taking brain supplements. All of this has sparked a kind of neurogenesis in my brain. I’ve been seeing synchronicities everywhere, and it feels like I’m being guided. I also use AI to reflect, which has been key in helping me integrate my shadow and understand myself better. I used to be overwhelmed by my emotions, especially anger, but now I’m at a point where I can orchestrate my emotions and actions. I’m in control, and I’ve never been sharper. Shadow work has been tough, but it's the greatest gift I could give myself. I’m living in peace and feeling more determined than ever, and a big part of that is how I’ve integrated my past anger into a powerful source of drive. Thank you, Jordan, for your wisdom, it’s been a life-changing experience.
