Grandness 從何而來？ 不是從一間屋有樓梯而來吧！應該是從它的location, 價格及裝修而來. 妳介紹的這間當然是豪宅. 但當我看到一些BNO港人, 吹噓自己在英國間屋有多大, 樓上有多少房間等等, 我便啞口無言... 究竟那些屋離開市區有多遠. 價錢是多少？屋有樓上一定有一樓梯🤣😂🤣 健儀, 妳絕對隨時可以返英國買間屋, 如果妳不介意location在那？. 不過, 我最近看了妳新屋的video, 我不相信妳不會因為有樓梯, 而選擇在英國遥遠的地方投資一間有樓梯的屋, 而不考慮location 在那裡吧！ 妳是精明的消費者, 買屋location, location, location - 是永遠的定律. 謝謝妳做這個 video, 讓我看到這屋苑的單位. 期待更多好看的 videos. 春節快樂！ All the best for the year of Rabbit! 家中有樓做了英國的BNO 香港人一樣,

哦，家中有樓梯純粹係我個人喜好，每一級可以放廁紙銀紙A4紙幾見洗，我又冇咁長遠目光諗BNO等諗到咁遠啊🤣🤣🤣。 不過我最近同朋友傾開家中有樓梯嘅問題，佢哋話到我哋七八十歲，骨頭膝頭梗晒軚，就未必喜歡樓梯，bungalow 或會較合適🥳🥳🥳

Ling Ling Kung: totally disagree with you. U r using HK mentality of “city & convenience” to shed sarcasm on BNO emigrant real estate investment criteria. I hv lived in London (zone 3), Singapore, LA, NY, Chicago, at different stages of my life. Young families do not need mega cities. Suburban cities, towns, are best for quality of life. Big cities have a lot more crime, air & noise POLLUTION (esp HK), long queues, TRAFFIC jams. NYC, LA, hv much higher taxes, purchase taxes. In suburban cities, towns, it’s easy living where I drive with ease and great CarPark at each store, little exposure to scorching Sun, winter chill. In suburban NY, Ct, where there are retail shops, malls, real estate home prices are much lower. For those who want easy living, good quality of life (privacy being paramount qualifier), we seek acreage to house our own: - Home theater, - gym, - wine cellar, - massive store room, - walk-in closets in all bedrooms, - walk in pantry that is like a small grocery store to hold entertaining dishes, Chinatown ingredients, - large subzero fridges for home entertaining of friends. - personal library for small card games.’ - huge decks for BBQ - in ground swimming pool or in door lap pool, sauna, with wet bar. - And an in law suite for parents, relatives, houseguests. - tennis court or small putting green. - an important stipulation: no sight of ANY commercial shops is a must. That’s the elite suburban lifestyle. V similar to living at Deep Water Bay. Important criteria, no commercial activity of any kind in sight ! Privacy is vital! - These spalling homes are well sought after. Most of the mutual fund CEOS, investment bankers, many choose to congregate esp if they hv young families. Plenty of great public & private schools to choose from. - with huge supermarkets like Costco, in UK, N America, we don’t shop as hkgers do. We hv huge storage spaces. To restaurants and eateries, 20 min by car, garage to door, zero traffic jams, no exposure to weather elements. There is no need to consider the HKgers convenience retail shop factor. That is our quality of life factor living away from HK.

I currently live in Tokyo and now back in Hong Kong for holiday where my home base is. I love the British sense of humour which I embrace for decades. I love 健儀, she has the sense of humour. Well, everyone has his or her own opinion and choice. One man's meat is other man's poison. Just like 健儀 likes to have staircase at her home but I hate it. I wish you joy, love and peace and health!
