谢谢非常赞的分享! 496间low den是一个好处,但maintainance fees也相对更高一些啦! How much the developer claim for their maintainance fee?

谢谢你的comment KOE, 这样说吧,也许投资房产重点转移去在于地段的未来发展会更加清晰,然后看看我们自己是否会去购买30-40岁当年也是以FREEHOLD作为卖点的apartment。 😉

Hi KW , maybe we can set a round of conversation to understand what is your status and direction 1st then only advice which is more suitable for u . Don’t be a blind follower ,lets setup your own asset portfolio 1st . Jiayou 💪

This project not bad and thanks for good explanation , really suitable for those who got budget without picky, either own stay or rent. Can you review others project as well? Especially the classic luxury suasana, one of the best reward of architecture & design. Which's located at the centre of batu kawan, corner unit somemore.

22macalister?不好吧。。。。虽然地点好,也不见得很好拉。大马路旁,单单看CarPark就晕,土地面积太小,而且还是service suites/commercial。sqft也小的可怜,每一年cukai taksiran 1.5k +- 是我就绝对不考虑 22 macalister,50万的budget,可以的话当然买island啦,50万还有太多太多选择

@cpLFG:對對對,你太中肯給出對的資料。。我住的公寓是COMMERCIAL TITLE,電費會CHARGE到你莫名其妙。。一個月電費大概 800多,還不是UNDER TNB CHARGE.如果是TNB,相信我的電費只會100多而已
