Part of the masterplan of Batu Kawan, Aspen Vision City is one of the key component where commercial, lifestyle and residential activities take place. In addition to the brand new IKEA shopping centre, Vervia commercial area, and the 25 acres park, Vertu Resort has just gotten their CCC approval and we are one of the first to experience it.
Just when I thought we've seen enough numbers of developments, I'm surprised numerous times during this visit. There were so many components in their facilities that I felt were absolutely relevant to our lifestyle today. For example, the automated car wash, full fledged music room, guest house for rent, family wellness area, tiered design library, social kitchen with attached kids' room and etc, all were just superb.
However, the outstanding scale and design of the facilities will be supported by the high number of units. Also, this being one of the earlier projects in this massive masterplan results in residents being required to go through all the remaining construction process of the surroundings.
