在台灣,有將近200萬人口患有慢性腎臟病,如何照顧好腎,是大家越來越關注的議題,腎臟科醫師洪永祥表示,想避免腎臟快速老化,關鍵在於,低密度膽固醇(LDL)的數值,40歲前,必須控制在100mg/dL以下,才合乎標準,但更理想的狀態,是要把數值控制在70mg/dL以下,即能抗老化、逆轉血管健康。

腎寶絲樂是腎的保健品嗎?我70歲,eGFR 116,HDL C 98, LDL 89。應該不需要吧! LDL 100是及格,70是理想,我60之前無考,60之後都在90以下,還行吧!

使用他汀藥物低密度膽固醇可以降到60,但副作用很多,會失智、引發糖尿病、肌肉酸痛…雖然醫師說比例很低,但是我全身肌肉酸痛整軟腳,整個人都不太對勁,根本無法運動😢

I follow your advice to 浸15 min., then put my feet up for 20 min., I urine at night once now instead of two. Thank you very much, from USA.

How is your eGFR now ? Can it work ?

@@Monitor2023 my eGFR is above 60 and my creatinine is 0.91. After soaking my feet for 15 min.and elevate them for 20 min., I only go to pee once at night. Very good result.

@@ceciyeung4348 ------ Thanks for sharing your experience, BUT (1) do you soak your feet in HOT water (how many degrees is appropriate?) ; and (2) do what is "elevate them for 20 min" ?? Grateful if you would enlighten me on this ❤❤

@@syfrankwan8808 I use a little bit warmer than warm, that’s the temperature of water I can tolerate. Then, drink a glass of water. Then elevate both feet on the wall for 20 minutes. My eGFR is above 60. It is normal now. Of course, u need to follow what Dr. 洪advised us to do too. Dr. 洪 helps me a lot. Thank you Dr. 洪。I came from stage 3 to stage 2 now.
