Tofu cut into 1cm thickness in triangle shape - fry until golden in color. In a wok, stir fry ginger and garlic and ground meat, add Spicy Fermented Bean paste, until fragrant with a red sheen. Add 1 cup of water and tofu, and cook covered in low heat for tofu to cook through in the sauce. Thicken the sauce with corn starch water. Garnish with chopped green onions or garlic chives.
