A Sherman game where I ran into the Chesapeake, Lestas weird boosted Worcester, and proceeded to heavily underestimate it. Made the game a real nailbiter.

I´m currently on vacation in Rhodes, Greece, so responding to comments for about the next 10 days will be a bit spotty, I´ll try to mix some yt time in though. Got a bunch of vids prepped in various different ships and I´ll try to post one roughly every evening while the wife gets ready to go out.

Nice place for vacation, visited the island a few years ago, I highly recommend you to rent a car for a day or two and go for a trip, if you are that type of guy who likes doing things like these.

If you are updated, the D-Day missions are interesting. Parallel OPs so only event achievements though

Yeah, do not underestimate Chesapeake. Not only it has 15 guns (although, with somewhat worse reload in comparision to Worcester), it has pretty ridiculous dispersion, so it can (as long as player aiming well) basically guarantee to hit almost full salvos, even at longer ranges.

I've hit more torps in the Sherman than I have with any other high tier DD lmao. Also tragic how you can lob 100 shells and do no fires, yet you can get 1 hit from anything else and its an instant fire

Since he had almost no Planes...and also three Kills...and you had 190k...i wonder how much damage Edinburgh must have stacked...

Doesn't have to kill much, Edinburgh sunk 3 cruiser and two of them where 1 tier higher. Flamu farmed mostly 2 BBs of which one was 1 tier lower (Musashi).

I generally hate having someone in a Sherman on my team. They usually do none of the things you need a DD to do.

I agree. The internet seems to have spawned a ton of people who just need to have a hot counter take on everything. This guy would tell you that oxygen isnt needed to sustain life just so people would pay attention to him.

Why no rpf on the gunboat dds? (not criticizing but genuinely asking, rpf provides much more information )

RPF is mostly used on torp boat DDs to control engagements. Gunboats usually have better skills that boost their DPM to pick instead.

Sherman's slow speed for a DD and bad concealment also means that even if you did have RPF, you're not getting much use out of it when most DDs outspot you and are faster on top, so they can control the engagement.

RPF is a terrible skill that gives away your location almost as much as it does give you a ships location when you have it

@@hoosierrampage1877 Not really, only hting enemy know is that a RPF DD is closest to him but he can be 360 degrees around your ship and you never know if the RPF boat is a Shima or a Vampire II and thats a huge differens. Meanwhile having RPF skill in a cap contesting Shima gives you the direction of the enemy contestant whjich means you can stern push him until hes detected or just have a slim profile towards his torps.

I use moving in and out of located to pin point the exact position of boats to blind fire them constantly. RPF only gives you a direction. I get an exact position doing this. Plus it let me know if someone is in range to radar them. It has only downsides against competent players.
