SvennyS it was already simulated in atleast F1 2011, maybe even earlier. Just choose a car and change down quickly... If I remember right, it happend to Ben in his F1 carrear he did some months (or maybe a year) ago in Abu Dhabi.

Alonso isn't getting any engine upgrades I'm certain aswel codemasters have said they are looking into the bug. I'm just behind red bull on my career and Alonso still finishes behind Saubers and gets overtaken by about 4 cars per straight

Why are you apologizing about not cheating with the 6th engine? That's just abusing the mistake they've made and never patched for some reason. I've never used that in my career nor will I. It's not realistic, it shouldn't be possible in the first place, and it makes a game a lot easier long term.

Wow, what a reply. What language... No, they don't, and he knows that himself, as he mentioned the first time he did this. They change engines, but you can't take the 6th engine (!?). There is no 1st, 2nd... etc. engine in real life. The count goes as you change them. So if it was his third engine, or whatever, it couldn't count as sixth. Makes sense to you? And please, get some manners, buy them if you must.

In my opinion it is better to fully upgrade those slots that reduce the cost of upgrades themselves. If you get failed upgrades, the cost for it to retry again is highly reduced. And I only upgrade the fail rate ratio percentage by two and you should be ok from there. I'm nearly finished season 3 and I have almost 75% of all upgrades complete.
