F1 23 - Mexico - Optimised Dry Race Car Setup

An optimised dry race car setup for Mexico for F1 23.
It improves both lap time and tyre wear over the default one and is more stable than the Time Trial reference.
The setup is designed for use with Equal performance, so using Realistic performance might require minor changes.
