Drivers inevitably get slower with age, but the best drivers like Schumi still have their brilliant crafts. I watched a 41 year old Kimi getting destroyed by Giovinazzi in qualifying but still beat him on Sundays with his superior race craft. Seeing Michael still going for it at 42 really amazed me.. one of the greats for a reason.

+Chris Tanada Hamilton was a dick to Rosberg and all Rosberg did was return the favour. Why does everyone forgive the victorious douchebag? Are those our heroes? People we forgive for being the opposite of magnanimous? Hamilton may be a better driver but he's far from the greatest winner in sports history. He's pretty ungentlemanly when he wins and even worse when he loses. Rosberg sitting quietly after being thoroughly beaten gets taunted by the winner. Why is that not worth criticizing?

Schumi clearly still had the speed, and passion for racing in his Mercedes days. Too bad he didnt have a faster and more reliable car...would be fantastic if he stayed for 2 more years with Mercedes (and of course didnt have that horrible ski accident), i'm sure we would see him fighting for wins and maybe even for the title in 2014

As great as Michael was, he was already a bit too old to really challenge for a title. Each year at Mercedes, he was beaten by Nico, sometimes by quite a bit. He never lost his aggressiveness and racecraft. But, the pace just wasn't there at Mercedes

A real fan loves the battles between Hamilton and Rosberg, he loves that drivers like Hulkenberg or Perez in the force indias battle with teams like Red Bull or Ferrari. Same with Massa and Bottas in the Williams. Or Grosjean in the Lotus Renault. Just pleas enjoy the sport and stop saying f1 is shit. There has always been a dominant team. For example Ferrari in the "Schumacher-Years" or Williams especially in 1992 and 1993. Next Season the gap between Mercedes and ferrari will be smaller. Its going to be fun!

Schumacher got thrashed 3-0 from 2010-2012 against Rosberg you delusional Muppet. A little flash of form over a small period doesn't make up for him getting completely slapped around by Rosberg for 3 straight years. Should have stayed retired so he could live off the myth of him dominating his teammates during his first career except we all now know for a fact that they all had to sign #2 driver contracts stipulating that they weren't allowed to beat him. Without the illegal Benetton, bespoke tyres made specifically for him by Bridgestone at Ferrari, unrivalled unlimited testing around Ferrari's private test track honing in the Ferrari only to Schumacher's, not his teammates, needs and without his teammates having to sign legally binding contracts stopping them from beating Michael, by the letter of the law, Schumacher got completely exposed against Rosberg. LMAO what was he thinking? Shows how dumb he is that he thought he'd beat a teammate who didn't have to sign a #2 driver contract. Schumacher made a terrible mistake coming back to the sport. He's been found out and there is no amount of propaganda from you that will change that. We saw his real performance level I'm his second career. Deal with it.

@rferrerf16949 жыл бұрын
+LakeBodomsReaper The bar above the DRS is the KERS usage. Alonso stopped his car and got into Webber's car to reach the pits.
@Th3Corr39 жыл бұрын
+LakeBodomsReaper The KERS is the Kinetic Energy Recovery System, basically when you start braking the rear wheels will generate energy which go through the drive shaft and into a motor component which charges up a battery, and when you get to full throttle you can press a button and release that energy into the wheels which gives you a bit of extra horsepower.
