Hi Kumar - This is not the end of the world, he can still join good company in India. Most of the companies in India offer very good pay, he can come to America after some years.

My own friend came back to India after 10 years and after doing double ms and other college related things. It’s hopeless. There are other countries where Telugu people can settle. If that’s the ambition.

I had a friend who became out of status during OPT. He had PhD degree with 4 GPA in Materials science & engineering and he left USA after lot of struggle. Harsh reality in OPT is that it’s very hard to find job in core engineering fields(chemical, mechanical/metallurgy)…..Deadly Dollar Dreams Struggle it’s the harsh reality in the US. ….

Sad story but true, many are facing the same struggles and they are leaving USA, it's not just about dollars, it's about the struggle.

Caste discrimination is very real. Silicon valley to ny Banking. Even in colleges i have seen they say openly in face . That u guys eat seat thier u guys come here eat seats here. They bullied that fellow he took transfer.

consultancy making lots of fraud, even they are offer you everything, when time of join after they dont support anything, even they are not sign on i983, when i went consultancy behave good, but time of sign form , they are not sign, risk on status, one telugu consultancy , in nj behave with me

@KumarPandruvada True buddy, again loopholes in edu system... but I strongly believe that this young generation does a lot of magic. They adopt quickly, Day one they get close with Americans, other country ppl and learn all areas.. which can't get that kind of exposure for H1b like us(example)
