yes you can either on the F1 website, promoter website or the teams websites. But this will be tickets for paddock hospitality w/ potentially a tour of the garage - depends on the package

Well buying a ticket to a specific teams Paddock club grant me access to the paddock？( will I get the VIP pass?)

I’m honestly not 100% sure as so many variables come into play but yes most have a VIP tour in the paddock but it’s only for 30min and you will be escorted down
