Can't blame him for the first laps. He is very much still learning how different Formula 1 is to Formula 2. I think the fact that he picked himself up and got up into the points after that is a testament to him in itself. Great Debut!
@Drenwickification3 жыл бұрын
His getaway from the line was poor but that happens even to very experienced drivers sometimes... that is something that can easily be fixed and worked on. What is impressive is how quick and clean he is, and also making sure he stays out of danger. Take 0:12 for example, obviously backing out was the best thing to do and any experienced driver would do that. But many rookies are a bit too risky and maybe would have kept their foot in it there and ended up being pished off the track and then moaned about not being given space when they should have just backed out anyway and save their own race. Impressive debut, cant wait to see more of him!

Thanks for putting these video clips together. I wanted to watch Yuki's progress at the end of the race.

How can you dislike this video?! I am a massive Yuki fan now! He did great!

The way his race engineer says “ok yuki” gives me chills. It just sounds menacing like you know yuki will go in for the lunge.

These are usually played late on telecast so it appears so sometimes that they are speaking at wrong time

Very smooth and confident driving from Yuki. Impressive debut race

Yuki's late braking is amazing!. This is a mark on an upcoming champion. It has been a long long time since Nakagima. Go Tsunoda!!!.

This guy is gonna go places. He's one of the best rookies we've seen in recent history

The alpha tauri car looks so competitive. Honda has really done well with their engine. I wouldn’t be surprised if they beat alpine and Aston Martin. Gasly seems to be at the top of his game as well and yuki has had a great start to his rookie season.

I think that Aloha Gauri and McLaren are the contenders for the leader of the midfield title. Maybe Ferrari is strong enough to be in F1.5 on their own, otherwise it's a 3-way fight behind Mercedes and Red Bull. Alpine looks a bit weaker and Aston Martin was seriously hurt by the floor tile changes

Been watching Tsunoda since F2 and saw his amazing potential for F1. He hasn't disappointed with his debut and already seems like he's going to be champion one day. It's been a while since F1 had an east asian driver!

It would be better if included the his ending radio part where he said sorry here (the put in another vid). He’s young and humble.
He absolutely smashed it! Amazing first drive! Can't wait to see him evolve over the years!
