You could count those 2 milli as more XP for Vettel because Ferrari has less power compared to Mercedes but better downforce and in Monaco Mercedes should have had the edge but they didn't. GG Ferrari, I hope RedBull will catch also and give us something to watch because F1 was boring in the last years.

I disagree. The extra downforce from the Ferraris allows you to push more out of corners, thus allowing the driver to push a bit harder. But when discussing milliseconds, I believe it's fair to say that downforce and power becomes completely irrelevant. :)

for those who say that why McLaren is doing so well in quali, and besides that Jensen say it's the driver but not the car, you need to consider the fact that Monaco is a circuit full of low speed corners with barely any(or even none) straights and high speed corners. So it doesnt need as much top speed.(Just to clarify, I respect McLaren a lot)

I don't know if you've noticed that the McLaren is generally fast in Monaco. He was just 0.1 secs faster than Button in FP3. Look at the other qualifyings this year and you'll notice that his pace is not "incredibly" quick. That's Fernando you're talking of.
