I did all that to my 128i as well and it was a nice upgrade. I also did the complete M3/1M rear subframe and a combo of 135i brake bits amongst other things. Have always been curious how much of that 1M experience I've ultimately got.

if you have the full lsd rear, comp brakes etc it should be bang on... as far as suspension and chassis. the 1M powertrain tuning is like nothing else Ive experienced in any BMW though. love the 128i. such a damn good car.
