FYI, you don't need the bundle if you just want stage 1 and the transmission flash for bootmod3. Now if you upgrade later, you can buy the bundle at a later time.

So I found an issue out if you have the manual with a tune. There was a pause between gears and I couldn’t figure it out. Thought it was gas, boost leak etc. its the damn drivetrain setting in sport mode. Turn that shit off if you have the manual 330i b48. Only have chassis selected. My car has no lag between shifts now and is way faster for some odd reason. I have bootmod.

I own an a f30 328i m sport. I want to do the stage one and place down pipe (catless). Does it effect engine life a lot? Will it do any damage to it?I am always being nerves regarding that. The car runs only on 98 octane, oil is regularly changed every 5k or by date (bmw group twin power turbo 5w 30) and i always leave the car on for 2-3 minutes before turning it off, so the turbo gets the oil and cool down after the driving. I would really appreciate your answer! Thank you in advance!

The charge pipe is plastic so as you try make more power it’s gonna blow off/damage , you can install burble but you won’t be able to drive fast cause as you accelerate hard it’s gonna blow off . 😭🤣 In this video he mention that the charge pipe is changed.

This on a 17 330xi? New to the bmw world so trying to figure out engine. Pretty sure my 17 330xi is a f30 with the b48.. looking into the tunes and don’t want to purchase for the wrong engine 😂😂

For US made 30i’s, they put the b46 engine instead of the b48. This is due to emission regulations hence the reason why the b46 is the “sulev”. The b46 is nearly the same engine as the b48, only minor difference would be different fuel injectors, HC fleece filter, minor software changes, and an extra catalytic converter right behind the downpipe. Luckily, you can remove the secondary cat since it doesn’t have any sensors plugged into it. Also, when buying a downpipe, buy the one made for the b46 since it has a different fitting than the b48
