If you’re having bad fuel mileage you should check your exhaust back pressure sensor because my 6.0 was running rough and bad fuel mileage until I changed that sensor and it’s running fine now.

I will have to check mine. My mileage isnt bad but i will take every 10th of a mile i can get!

In your opinion, do you think a dirty sensor would have anything to do with low exceleration on an 2009 F-350 6.4L ? I just ran into this issue today and i've been searching for some answers.

Honestly, I don't know. You should ask this in the 6.4 forum or in one of the Facebook powerstroke groups.

Deleting your EGR system right back to the passenger side up pipe and relocating the turbo backpressure Denver should help to keep this down. I put mine in the shut off end cap flange that came with the delete kit just drill and tap the flange cap.

I haven't seriously considered deleting but knowing the fuel dump it uses to regen, perhaps I should.

Yes I did. About 2mpg difference according to the lie-o-meter. I am currently running a full tank to see what it really is.

Be careful with removing that wiring harness too, I damaged mine, it was already bery brittle, and you can not find a replacement harness for that one. Im currently driving with the check engine light on as my truck wont read the Intake air sensor anymore. Taking it in to a mechanic that says he can fix damaged harnesses like that. So be v eeerrrrrrry careful wtih that harness

First of all delete all emissions put a single turbo on it use fuel additives

Deleting is illegal. My 2008 is stock and is still running strong. The only problem I've had is a chewed harnes.

You live outside the US? In the US it's a federal law. Some states duplicate the federal law, some don't, either way, can't get out from under the feds.
