Well, they originaly weren't gonna bring Maggie into the picture, but when people got wind of Frankie's death alot of Fans were mad, so the writer's had to find a way to bring Elizabeth Hendrickson back on the show. Instead of rewriting history, & bringing Frankie back, they created Maggie.

Oh yea because kissing Zack and lying about feelings for him is such love! Love is complicated, I believe they all loved her but Bianca love can be overwhelming so it scares them off a little... she loves really loves blindly and fully.
