HI Al, I was reading that this kit works with late model columns only. What car did you install this on? did you have to change the columnn? Do you know if any other components beside the column need to be replaced?

Hey PincheAl, thanks for your videos... great to see how well you know these cars and some of the interesting mod's available for them! I have an Audi S3 8L (like Golf Mk4) and I am wanting to make the clutch nice and light so my Mum can drive it. I know some cars are equipped with a booster (kind of like a smaller version of a brake booster) for the clutch. I'm wondering if you might be able to offer some suggestions on where and how to fit something and also on what might be the best components to use and where to source them. Thanks again for all your useful information!

If you want a light clutch feel then install a stock clutch and flywheel

@@PincheALsGarage Hey PincheAl, thanks for the reply. Yeah, it actually has the stock clutch and flywheel and it's not heavy it's just that my Mum would need it to be super light because of an issue she has with her leg. Do you have any ideas on some form of power-assisted "Booster" for the clutch?

Just imagine how much more of a fuckery a... Volvo XC90 has in case of wiring and electronics... I own a Golf 2 GTI and need to replace headlight wiring due to voltage failure, only that small process i feel anxious about doing, but this holy fuck
