I like your die storage! Just bought a Hulk roller. It will be a great addition to my shop

Thanks! I use it all the time. I literally but my 1” dies away last night after doing a roll for another, smaller wood rack for beside the back door. I also rolled some .188 wall 2” square tube this past weekend for a tire carrier arm for my VW.

Have you used the Swag tube lube or find the 3 in 1 oil sufficient? Informative video

I use 3-1 for little stuff like 1” tube, but use tube lube from JD2 on my roller and bender for most stuff. A little messy, but a stuck tube is miserable!

Great Video and Information. I've been wanting and needing a tube roller. Pulling the trigger today! :-) Subscribed. :-)

Awesome! Thank you for letting me know. I hope you get as much use out of yours as I do mine. Like I said, when you have one, you will find all sorts of stuff to roll and bend!

for the price of the unit you'd better add some rolled features to every product haha. but seriously, the cost is irrelevant compared to the time it saves you. so i made a gate with two rolled arches on the top, in total i had to do about 40 grinder blade width slices through 3 sides of my rectangular tube and bend the material weld all 3 sides back out, grind it and then blend it all back smooth... dude, if i could've just stuck that rectangular tube in a roller Ida been done in 10 minutes, instead it took me about 5 hours of wasted time spent grinding and blending... i have 3 more arched gates to build for myself, and i was showing off the pictures of it to my coworkers and well... now a couple of them would like a gate just like it built... so I've got about 40 hours of grinding to do in the not so distant future, i think I'm gonna spring for the roller and the pipe threading attachment to speed it up lol. the old fashioned way turns a job that takes 4 hours with the right tools, into a 10 hour job lol.

How far apart is the die from the first slot to the last and the distance the top die can move. Im looking to find out it’s capacity but cannot find this information on it
@MattofManyTrades Жыл бұрын
9 inches from 1st to last slot. 4" capacity, so 4" flat the wide way, 2x4 tube or 1x4 tube, that sort of thing.
