5:57 I am SO glad someone agrees with me that the last few minutes were horrifying. My sibling and i watched Bratz Kids sleepover on our own as kids ourselves. and while the majority of the movie was fun, the last few minutes were so jarring and upsetting that we took the rental to our mom and politely explained. "this was scary, we never want to see it again" Ive always wondered if perhaps it was a cute twist and i was just a naieve, easily frightened kid, but no, i was right. it was terrifying for no reason. @@emma7933 if I recall correctly, after the girls are done telling their stories of dangerous monsters, something happens and 3/4 of them start rapidly transforming into the monsters from one of the stories. I don't recall any warning for it, and due to the uncanny nature of bratz animation it was super frightening, with the implication that they jad only hung out with (I believe it was jade) to try and hunt her. I remember at the end all of them wander off into the streets to continue the cycle of terror. Jade possibly having been turned into one of them??? Its been so long I'm definately missremembering most of it. I don't recall any warnings or signs or hints to it in the movie so it came out of left field, and for a little kid it was hooooorrific.

A few notes about Bratz: starrin’ and stylin’: The character designers lightened Sasha’s skin so much when she’s a dark-skinned black girl in the 3D animated movies. She looks unrecognisable, and it should be a downright crime for how light they made her. No one has noses. If the style was more simplistic in an adventure time sense, this would be no issue. But that isn’t the case and it makes the character’s look awful. Adding onto that, the animation is so wonky and people’s body types change drastically depending on what position they’re in. Jade’s legs become disjointed sticks when she’s sitting down, and it’s hard to ignore. Plus everyone has massive lips. Nothing to say about that one. Yasmin was a snake for absolutely no reason in this movie. If she hadn’t of been caught, she would’ve continued to trash her friends behind their backs. Interesting choice for one of the main characters of the movie. That’s literal villain behaviour. Jade was the best character and her friends are dicks for saying her desired prom look was bad. It was better than whatever trash she had on for the prom at the end. Other than these details, I vaguely remember the girls getting into a car accident and nothing else from this movie.

I could at the drop of a hat or even less rant about the animation or literally anything else about the Bratz super baby film. After like 15 minutes of trying to find what to watch me and a few other friends decided we put this on as a joke I feel that we had all watched his kids. And oh boy is the only thing I can say No one asked for it but here I go, this is not everything. -The outfit design, our way to sexualize for babies!!! Like what the fuck who approve that, they have chokers?! Which also only appear in some scenes. there is no consistency it looks like they had two sets of models one with them and one with out and they use them at random. -potato babies with dreads just disturbing it’s not necessarily an objectively wrong thing but it’s just no -they have magical pets some of which are fantasy creatures that are alive and in the room this is never addressed or acknowledged in the film, and to my understanding they are not reoccurring it in any other bratz film. There distinctly magical and again no explanation and I don’t know how to feel about that, and if I’m not mistaken they only appear in one scene. There are more things I could do to complain about the plot or character designs or literally anything else but at some point it’s just suspension of disbelief and you have to except certain things in the film

Back when rentals was a thing I would watch all of these movies. I only saw superbabyz once...I wanted to forget immediately, I've never been so disturbed by a movie as a kid.

Bratz Kidz Sleep-Over Adventure traumatized me so heavily as a kid OMG. And somehow, despite KNOWING I watched it when I was younger because of the vivid memories I had, I never heard about it past like the second grade. I was convinced I had a very specific Bratz-themed nightmare until this video. Vindication!!!

Most memorable Bratz moment for me was when they were designing their logo and flipped the 'z' for a better look. At ~7 I was blown away they could even do that. Loved them so much I had a Bratz TV table, radio and fairy floss maker. Good times.

THE SCARECROWS LOOK LIKE COCO FROM ANIMAL CROSSING OMG Also! I never heard of the Bratz movies until I was about 12, but I had most of the dolls! My sisters passed them down to me, like all their old barbies.

And I also loved baby looney toons, not tiny toons, baby looney toons. I rewatched my dvd of it all the time and it drove my sister insane, also my hello kitty dvd that no one wanted to watch with me

Bratz forever diamonds. That game. Is why I am depressed bc I lost myself in that horrible and absolutely traumatic corn maze. Mind you, when I played as a kid, I had no access to YT and did not have a phone. I died in that corn field and that never ending music that changed got 5 seconds within the tune.

bratz super babyz is literally nightmare fuel i thought it was a fever dream for so long. i was terrified of the potatoes but the whole turning into babies thing and the psychological horror of it all is what really traumatized me as a 7 year old. i singlehandedly blame all of my mental health issues on this damn movie
