Fabulous Mini-X Step Folding eBike Overview

Ty CitizenCycle for yours reviews on Fabulous ebikes! After 2 years of research I discovered this barely known company because of you! Today I just bought the Havoc adrenalized and made a 65 km ride. Such a fun, confortable and safe riding experience! This bike got some nice power too, very surprising compared to my 500 watts ebike. Lampro is a real nice guy, generous, friendly and all! I was in Fabulous manufacture about 2 hours and saw Lampro being very dedicated to solve his custumers issues. You can trust Fabulous almost blindly!

I am so glad I found this channel! I'm a relatively new Ebike enthusiast and was looking for a slightly smaller folding ebike to pair with the Friend ebike I've currently got. I was looking at the Lectric 2.0 but wasn't overly excited... this bike would be perfect! The only thing is, both the step thru and Havoc models are currently sold out on their site on the day this video is posted. If anyone at Fabulous is reading, when will the step thru be back in stock? Keep doing what you're doing Citizen. Great content and excellent reviews.

Yes i am reading and they are back in stock end of May 2022 with added color screens for all models. We still have the cross frame available but the steps sold in such a quick time that Citizen didnt have time to review it yet. They fit so many different poeple that its had to keep it in stock, but in may we have 300 coming in stock!

I have seen your past reviews on the Lectric and Rad Mini step thru. Of the 3 this one looks to have more features for the $$. Which one of the 3 would you recommend after your reviews? I am looking to buy an ebike for my wife so we can ride together.

Seems like they hit the nail on the head with this one. Only thing I'd change is a little wider tire, and change that handlebar stalk to something else. I'm surprised the price is that low.

Interesting bike. Why do the tires look thinner than the Rad mini's even though they both say 3inch? I hope their next stock will have more hybrid wheels that include offroading.

I use a lapel microphone made by purple panda. I try to hide it under my coat or behind the camera to try to keep wind off it as much as possible

On the last Fabulous video you mentioned you had this weird hybrid throttle system. Where you have to pedal and then you get full throttle. If you have it in the highest pedal assist, do you still get limited to 11mph until you have to pedal? I really like this bike. Except the thumb throttle and I want full throttle at all times and twist. Sorry I am talking about the EMX On and Thank You!

Do you know the minimum seat height on this bike? I no longer see it on the website, but I do see the Mini Step Elite that claims the min seat height to be 30 in and 29 in without the seat post. I'm wondering bc I saw for your wife it seemed to be a bit high with the seat post. My gf is 4 foot 11 and I'm wanting something she can fit on. My mom rode a Ride1up Portola and she's about the same height at 5 ft tall and fit on it fine on it even though the min seat height is about 30.5 in. I'm wondering if maybe for the newer Mini Step Elite that they lowered the height a little since it recommends for rides 5ft and up on the website

4'11" would struggle on the mini x step that i had, my wife is taller than your GF and she could not flat foot it. If you want something with very low seat height, check out the Cyrusher Kommoda, Magicycle Ocelot, GoTrax F2 or Eunorau Meta

4/3/22: Since you asked, this bike is missing welded-on spudz on the head tube to mount a front rack. Weight is towards the rear, especially with the oversized batt. I gather the handling was good anyway. Thanx for your review.

This one does not have color screen It's not a necessity just makes the bike look cooler if they have them

Color screen is available for the models coming in May for all the versions, as we always try to better each bike.

It sounds like a wonderful bike and you did a great job on the review. Could you tell me the exact folding dimensions so I know if it will fit in my trunk? Also, the website says that it weighs 45lbs without the battery and you mentioned that it weighs around 55lbs. Lastly, I like the idea of 20X3" tires because I was looking for a mid FAT tire. Could you confirm these things for me? Thanks.

Folded dimensions 36 in long, 30 in tall, 20 in wide. I double check the weight it's 65 lb with the battery 55 lb without. The tires are 2.5 in wide.

The website says it weighs 45 lbs + 12 lbs for the battery. Are you sure you weighed it correctly? I can't see how a small ebike like that would wiegh 65 lbs.
