@ronnymotsepa-I fully agree with you Ronny, I don't think it is going to be a disciplinary measure as per se, how can you discipline someone who has already opened his own political party, they tried all other available options and they failed dismissal and I am sure that they have been advised that IEC will not win appeal in constitutional court and worse that CJ Zondo will recuse himself on this sitting, so it's kinda of last chance for a ANC to really listen to his grievances and map a way forward. But discipline is just a front.

The current Cosatu has been captured and is using workers to get to Parliament and there after dumps the workers. ANC is a democratic party and our current leaders unlike during the Zuma era, believe in democratic processes of blanketing matters of serious nature guided by the ANC Constitution. Zuma is not the only member to deviate from ANC. The timing for the disciplinary process is fine. Look if Zuma is only suspended it means he's still an ANC member. And he cannot just be expelled without follow legal process as it will unfold as unfair. Our leaders had the right to challenge the MK insignia in Court because indeed MK was ANC. ANC is still ANC. I have been saying that for a few years that they should abolish tenders because they ripping off the municipalities. And should employ people it will cheaper and no corruption. I will give example. Tender for fixing up potholes . The tender send in amount how much they need to buy tar and labour. When municipality approved. They get the tar fill a few potholes with tar stamp it with a iron pole. Then the rest of tar which is over and its a lot at times which the municipality pay They take that tar and do some private work for someones factory needs repair or a drive way and gets paid for it. So the tender gets paid twice. 1) by the municipality 2) by the persons place or factory doing it privately
