Hugh is a fantastic person. We met him at the stage door after Phantom. There was a mix-up and he was waiting for his ride. My daughter was about 11 at the time and they talked about music for about 15 minutes. He could have gone inside to wait, but instead he took the time to give an autograph, take a picture, and have a chat with my daughter. Hugh is my favorite phantom.
