It's different for different needs. I walk you through the process I go by. You have to consider your business needs, situation, target demographics to run the campaign. To test out you can start your campaign with a low budget, depending on the location and business a low budget could range from $5 a day to $50 a day! There is no cap in audience size, as long as they would be your potential customers. But don't go too broad, and don't go too narrowed! Thank you
