Are you saying The Guardian made the documents up and FB has no moderation guidelines? (That wouldn't make any sense, of course FB has internal guidelines for their moderators, otherwise how could they do any consistent work?) Or that The Guardian changed these documents to show different rules? (That doesn't make any sense either.)
