It includes not only massage, but also accupressure and guasha. Love the fact that more and more of us are looking for truly natural ways to age. .... Blessings

Hi Clare I really enjoyed this video on face massage ..I've been face massaging every day for years (10 to 15 minutes every morning but on my back with legs positioned higher for draining and blood circulation) and the results are visible . This video has helped me understand some other important things which I will definitely now include in my daily routine . Face massage and face yoga really do work wonders but you must stick with it and be patient at the start .

This is so good and I love the explanations. I just found this channel and am really happy I did. I am 78 so quite old but keen to keep going to look my best. I am told I have quite good skin for my age but I know my biggest problem area is thinning lips and the mouth and chin area. If you can give some exercises to improve these areas, I would be very grateful. Thank you.

Just a note here, many Gua Sha stones are just dyed quartz or dyed other stones. You're often not getting jade, rose quartz or amethyst, you're getting artificially dyed quartz. I think there was a video or two on it if I remember right, when I looked into Gua Shas a while ago. They tested the stones in a lab, and most of the tested samples were not real jade but just dyed stone. They will still work as Gua Shas, just don't think that they are real jade etc. There is no cheap real jade.

I have become more and more interested in this and doing it the right way takes practice. I started out wi Guasha tool, and then got an amla tool, and I have learned some neck exercises that have been quite helpful along with the resistance stretching your guest showed in this video. I am very interested though in the towel method, I have tried it but I am positive I’m doing it wrong because it feels like I’m just hitting myself with a towel lol that one takes some serious coordination and those of us who do not have that, or not able to get the benefits of that method. Or maybe I’m just overthinking it and doing it completely wrong! Would really appreciate a detailed explanation and demonstration of that one :-)
@thehonestchannel9 ай бұрын
The towel one does take a bit of practice but you're really just buffing the sides of your neck with a rolled towel. If you go back to my video on that one and look in the description you'll see I've linked to the original demo video on the Aysel Massage channel.

Absolutely delightful…I sat and had my tea while following along with the exercises… what a beautiful flushing feeling. My question is…would we do more of everything on one side of the face if we have a dominant side ? Or just keep it balanced? My left side is noticeable stronger I can feel the smile cheek muscle more pro dominantly and the right side just a wee bit. Would it be beneficial to work the weaker side more ? Thank you 🙏🏻 such a lovely interview and training ❤

Hello When practicing Face Yoga for symmetry (or for any reason) it’s important to practice poses equally on both sides of your face. Even if one side of your face is more dominant and stronger than the other, keep practicing and helping your weaker side get stronger

dark eye circles that won't go away with serums, exercise, concealers, shrinking products. Nothing works. What can I do?
@theguest61278 ай бұрын
@32:40, I'm afraid that cheek exercise won't help with your nose flare. The root cause lies in the insufficient support at the tip of your nose. When you smile, the cheek's pull exerts pressure on the tip and nostrils. The weakened tip, unable to resist this force, leads to the widening of your nose.. If you want to reduce the flare, you need to find a way to strengthen the tip of your nose. Building resilience in this area will help counteract the pull when you smile. Botox can help or you can find some nose exercise if you want to do it naturally or simply stop smiling lol.
@thehonestchannel8 ай бұрын
Thank you for this! Funnily enough I mentioned it to an aesthetic doctor the other day who said botox would probably help. I'll look up some exercises before doing down that route though!

I've watched hundreds of videos on face rejuvenation. And I came to one conclusion. The only thing that works is a freaking face lift and some filler. Everything else is super temporary or non effective. If what these ladies say truly worked they wouldn't both have jowling. That will never go away without a face lift. :(

I'm confused because with microcurrent with working the neck muscles upwards and holding there to tighten. This is the opposite, it's rellaxing and lengthening the neck muscles. What should we be doing?
@thehonestchannel9 ай бұрын
Clare M may be able to answer this for you, but from my perspective when I work out I’m stretching and using the muscles differently so I don’t feel a conflict doing that with my face and neck too
@vasilitsia9 ай бұрын
@@thehonestchannel thank you for your response. So I can continue to work upwards on the neck with microcurrent, but also do my neck stretching exercises?
@onlyhuman-yh7ly9 ай бұрын
Hello yes you can lengthen and stretch the neck muscle first to open up optimal flow to the face and ensure the muscle isn’t contracted forcing downward pull of gravity to the rest of face. Then the micro current will plump / strengthen the muscle - think it like your warmup stretch then exercise at the gym.
