😍✨ love this!! I definitely like a satin matte but then again it depends time of year and the look Lol I like smash box, cover fx for matte primers and during the summer I use Mac Prolongwear nourishing waterproof foundation. I’ll go a little darker and just brighten up with concealer but it gives me the perfect satin velvety look. The nars matte gives me stiff face w/o matte primer 🤷🏾‍♀️ Setting sprays are important too & I like the ones you mentioned. Thank you for sharing 🤍

Hahaha stiff face! Nah FORREAL - soft matte is stiff, yo! In the best way. That’s why I kept stressing that folks need to mix and match and see how they feel. Whoever does all of this… 👀 gone like solid as a rock. I did the primer and setting spray yesterday and face was feelin mad tight! 😂

I remember in college all the brown girls were trying to baby powder their skin due to the oils and now in our 40’s looking like 30 tryna preserve every drip of it 🤣🤣. I recently purchased the regular Black Girl Sunscreen (it actually has great ratings on EWG). I’m gonna try the matte version for the warmer months alongside Supergoop.

Milk of magnesium for the face?! No girl, not everyone has done it or even heard of it, and I just turned 45. I've never tried that Nyx primer but I look forward to trying it. I have an oily tzone, with the rest of my skin being normal. Like you I love dewy foundations in the winter, but in the summer... Matte all day! Thanks for the tips.

@@MENA_ADUBEA No I don’t have the vitamin C one I wish I did but it’s just called Ultra Glow but it’s the same line and it’s a light purple. It’s so good definitely gives you a set feeling but you’re still glowy! I know Ulta carries it
