I've been meaning to start your exercise programme for a long time now, but I've felt so unsure about learning to do the exercises correctly. But now I've taken a firm decision to finally plunge into it, since I think Mother Nature is finally catching up with me face wise ... I've always looked young for my age but this last year (turning 54 in June), I've noticed some deterioration in the eye area and around the mouth (jowls threatening!) and I would like to start acting against it before it starts drooping even more.

I've been doing your exercises for a while now (maybe more than 2 years?) but admittedly not diligently. I just returned to this series 1 for the first time in so, so long and OMG, I can't believe how good it makes my eyes feel! Plus, gets rid of sinus issues. Who cares about whether it tightens my eyes. It just FEELS good! Like long neglected muscles that need to be rejuvenated. Peta, you are so helpful to us! Thank you.

Ok so im back to comment again ..this eye exercise is second to none ..its easy really and my eye area feels more 'structured' already..after stopping this method for a year had a sunken feel in my eye socket area....stopped me sleeping..the exercise works very quickly to strengthen the eye muscles all around ..i feel thankful I am back ..still 57 ..still in reasonable shape but this makes me feel confident about the future :) ..thankyou..X

Thanks for your videos. I would find it helpful that when you point out over and over again where not to focus instead of saying stay focused on this area and say the area. Hi Hannah, I do not offer Skype sessions any longer after I created the Membership Site. It is really affordable, so it might be something you will consider joining. With regard to your question about the exercises, there are no exercises that you need more than others, you are to follow the whole program as prescribed. You are not to change or add any exercises as each series has been created for perfect balance for your facial muscles. Each series works subtly on different areas of the muscles and face to get an overall result. Just follow the program as prescribed, following all 6 series and you will have results over time. It is not a quick fix.

Hi Peta, I just found your channel. Thank you for being so thorough and so clear in your explanations! I went through all the exercises and all the reps. When it comes to the nose I know how to flare my nostrils, but I certainly never knew you could move the nose like I see you doing. And had absolutely no idea that there's a muscle at the tip of the nose! Now, that TV show Bewitched makes more sense! Have a lovely day. 💖

Hello Peta, fantastic channel ❤️ I discovered face yoga about 2 months ago and I love it, then I discovered YOUR channel that I enjoy very very much, I am still watching all the videos and I was really surprised (in a good way ) to see that you’ve been compiling all the videos in one and that is a game changer because we don’t loose time to search the right one in the right serie. So thank you very much for that. You are so right when you say that you can create fatigue overdoing the exercises, that’s what happen to me so I had to back off and that made me sad because I really enjoyed doing it but my face really hurt ☹️ But now that I found you I will stick to all your very thorough explanations although I am just beginning to watch your series so not sure yet that I get all the logic of the series 😃 Anyway, baby step for now and thanks again for your commitment Have a lovely day

Good Morning Sister I Christ! I hope you’re OK, thank you for your kind heart, I truly appreciate your teachings with aerobic exercises…! I still having a lot of trouble with my lower lip’s tiny wrinkles, and with my neck that since my husband left, stress caused me to sag, when I lost 20 pounds. I was already thin! I am a woman on my 60s.., my daughter is on her 40s and they think we are sisters. I try to encourage her, but she won’t do the excesses! God bless you snd be happy 😃 Amen 🙏

My eyes always weep. Many many eye doc visits, drops, compresses. Thought if I could lift upper lid it could help. So got the eye lid lifter tapes and watering greatly reduced. Then I thought, how do I lift lids with exercise. Found you. Yay! Certainly willing to try. Thank you for sharing!!!

Hi Peta, thank you for all these amazing videos. I've watched a lot of them, learned these exercises, and have done my first week. I do have some TMJ issues so just skipped the one exercise you gave the warning about. You mention in many videos not to change up the routines so I hope it will not be a problem having to skip certain ones that aggravate TMJ. I really love the program so want to continue with it! I am able to do the other exercises with no issue, it will just be certain ones that require pushing the jaw a certain way I cannot do.

Good day Ms. Peta.. I tried the updated cheek exercise here as you recommended. I noticed it's not easy the way it looks to be. I experience sliding of my thumb knuckles while pressed/placed at the corner of my mouth.. So I have to reposition again. And I am really slow when I am in cheek exercise as I have to reposition again my finger placement when they bit slide esp my thumb knuckles. I am doing your series 1 and I am now in level 2. I believe the more I get used to your exercises.. The more I can eventually feel that connection to concerned muscles. It does need a lot of practice. I actually noticed slight tightening on my forehead. When I try to smoothly slide my fingers up on my forehead, I feel my skin there seemed to be a bit tight. I will become more focused slowly but surely. Regards from Philippines!

Can you make a video, of get rid of stubborn "bobbly chin". Far from double chin, because I don't have one. I have a skinny neck. But I have a small lump and wrinkled chin down to my lower lip. It's so sloppy in my face. Please make a video for this, It don't have any solution than to dermal fillers. Hi Peta. Thank you so much for your videos. I already see a difference. I have a question about the eye exercise. When you place your fingers around the eyes, into the socket as you say, should the eyelid movement be impeded at all?

Hi Clare, my name is Peta Dwyer (not to be confused with our Peta) and I am a member of her Facerobics Gym. We do our exercises lying down, I have invented the mirror chair, you take a chair and put a mirror underneath where you sit down so you lie under the chair and can see yourself doing the exercises. This helps with focus too. Very cool update. Thank you! I think the title of the video is misleading though, because this is not an "exercise along with me" video, it's an instructional video. When I clicked on an "exercise along with me" video, I expected it to just be you doing the exercises in real time without any instruction.

Hi B, thanks for your comment. I specified "2019 Updates" so that people would see that it wasnt the actual EAWM video, because I directed people to that video in the beginning of the video instructions, that people are supposed to read, to get the best experience from the video. I also specified it on the thumbnail so it was obvious that it was the 2019 Exercise Updates - All in One Video. I already have the EAWMe videos that have been around for 4 years. I do not call these "all in one videos" I call them Exercise Along With Me Videos. I created this video from requests from people asking me to put all of the "Updates" in one video so they can find things easier.
