So true about mind connection with these face exercises. I've been doing them for 4 years now and just last year I finally realized if I connected my mind while working my face muscle's, i saw a massive difference. I now, can feel how plumped they are under my skin and how Smooth my skin is. Even though I'll be 61 this year, it's the best Investment I've ever made thank you Peta ❤❤❤

I've just started practicing this this week. I'm in my early 40s and was feeling sad about my frown and lip lines. I can feel a difference in my facial muscles after 3 days. My face feels alive! Also I have suffered with watery eyes and a nasal drip for nearly a year, this has stopped since doing the exercises. Thanks Peta

Hi AB I have moved EAWMe into the Membership site, with EAWMe S1, L1, 50 Reps left on the Channel. It is the new one that is used in the site. I did this because I cannot any longer put out my whole body of work for free, because people have downloaded the videos from KZbin to watch them, not using KZbin, therefore my channel is not getting the views, and if I keep doing so I will not be able to continue with the channel. Everyone can still use the playlists for each series and assemble the exercises into Level 1, 2 & 3 routines into a full face routine using the exercise set as normal. Hi Alisha, I am a gym member, I have been with Peta for over 2 years, no we are moving the muscles ourselves, we are not using our fingers to push the muscles up or down, we have to do that ourselves, watch the videos and watch yourself in the mirror and you will get the hang of it, Peta has a program, if we follow the program just as Peta tells us, we can achieve wonderful results. Here is the program: The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the a massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Peta also has a beautiful skin care range, which can be found on her internet website under renew me. We also do face yoga, this gives us extra lift, we do it 12 hours from when we do the exercises. Eg. If we do the exercises in the morning we do yoga in the evening. The yoga is found on you tube facerobics yoga. It is recommended that we start facerobics around the age of 30 years. Re Chin & Neck Toner, when I push up with my tongue, I feel like the area under my chin (i.e. where my thumbs are) is pushing downward, so it looks like I have a double chin. Also, I can only feel the masseter muscles move (outwards and inwards) if I clench my teeth at the same time. Do both of these things sound correct? Thanks.

Hi Peta, Thanks for the wonderful program. I am following it religiously and can I see my face changing. I feel good about it but there is this eye squinting exercise that I am unable to without the frown lines or is it common to have those lines while doing this exercise. Do I need too move both eyelids or just the lower one. They tend to appear more when I use both eyelids. Kindly tell some technique to do it without moving forehead. Thanks

I definitely have stuck emotions in the corners of my mouth..permanently down turned when resting although EAWM S1 has helped lift and smoothen out lines around the mouth slightly.

Can't wait to get started with these, I think these fat pads next to my nose will benefit greatly from that "bunny nose lift" exercise :D Learning these important micro movements to make sure that I will be doing it right as of next week. Preparing folders with all EAWM levels, THANKS for making playlists for #5 and #6, I can't find series 4 though :/ ---> Would like to point out for others who might have missed it: Peta has a powerful concept, so called "HIIT fast repetitions" we should do day 6 (the facial massage day) - make sure to look it up. I only found it as I was in the middle of week 6, wish I found it earlier. Dear miss Peta, I have a question regarding sticking to the plan of exercising, sorry to bug you: mid April I have upper jaw 6 teeth extractions, just the beginning/preparation for bone grafting/sinus lift planned for later in the year, a long process. Q - I was wondering what you think, should I continue as usual, or should I maybe take a break? Because you so often point out that we shouldn't change anything, and I really stick to everything so diligently, but what if one can't do exercises for a while, like when getting an operation done. After I am done with the sinuses, I have to get surgery of carpal tunnel syndrome on both hands, no idea how long that will take to heal so that I can use my hands again. Q - If forced to take a break, should one start from the beginning or pick up where we left it? Seems like 2021 will be a fun year for me haha. All I know is that after I am done with these things, I will become a gym member. This is me just warming up :) Sending

Hello beautiful, yes facial exercise is just like if you are exercising your body, if you have an injury or having surgery you need to take a break from it until you are healed. Depending on how long your break is, the best thing is to start from the beginning again at Series 1, level 1. I hope you heal fast and feel better after the surgery! In April am having jaw and sinus surgery so I won't be able to move my face much until that heals, I hope just weeks, lets see :) Then, not sure when, carpal tunnel surgery, both hands, not at the same time, so won't be able to use my hands. Just wanted to make sure that I am doing things right since you say that we shouldn't change anything :) Yes, I want to join, to me this is a complete dedication to a cause, will help me sail through these next years, make aging smooth haha. The exercises are to be done in a routine, meaning you put them all together and do them all at once when you have learned them. Hi, Peta this exercises are ve useful, I am happy that ı learn about you, but, while pursing my libs as in exercise before the Last one, my cheeks dont move upwards, and my laugh lines become more visible, please tell me the reson, am I doing wrong?

What is the difference between the exercise for the nose in Series 1 and Series 2? Is the way to move the muscle around the nose similar for both ?

Hey Chiew, the difference is your focus ability. It may seem the same as the first exercise, but you are focusing on the nasolabial folds, not the nasalis. When you get your focus correct for each exercise you will feel the difference. 💖

Hi Alexandra, if that is the case you should be doing 50 / 100/ 150. Do not just go straight into a series with 100 reps, you need to have the muscles get used to the new exercises. Please dont change the program, follow it as advised 💖

This video is from Series 1, to show you how to put the exercises together after learning them. You do the same with Series 2 and then Series 3. Have a read of the instructions and you will see how it works.

Hi Suika, I have been in the gym and with Peta for over 2 years, yes that is right, do series 1 for 6 weeks then have a week off learn series 2 exercises during the week off, then start series 2 then continue like this till series 6 then it is back to series 1 again. We do the exercises for 5 days a week then on 6th day massage and power lift, day 7 is a rest day. Hope this helps Suika, regards Peta Dwyer

Hi Suika I am a gym member and have been with Peta for over 2 years, here is the program we start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the power lift and the massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. We do the exercises lying down. Hope this helps regards Peta Dwyer.

Hello Peta I am in series 2 now... Because I had developed sunken cheeks on my cheek bones I have started face exercises..that is my cheeks have gone inside in oval form dent..I am worried if they will worsen with exercises as I read somewhere it burns the facial fat cells...pls reply back dear... It is a new venture for me and I don't want any negative results..I am 52

So with the 1st forehead exercise, you said move the muscles up & down. When pushing down, your pushing against the hands that are slightly pulling back. But when you say “up” do we physically use the muscle to move up the pressed planted hands or is the movement a springing back of the muscle to their pressed-planted-pulled back position?

Hi Kathleen, I have been with facerobics for over 2 years, I am a gym member, we use the muscles to do the exercises, that is how we build the muscles up to help us change our faces back to what they were when we were younger, the muscles do the work, the press and plant is to isolate the muscles which we do not want to work. I have a few questions-(1)You have showed a lot of exercises for every step. How many should I do each month (each step). (2) You have said to rest 2 days, when I do rest, should I do all the series in those days, or should I do the 1 series in 1 week

ASMA MOSHAROFF, the instructions are at the beginning of the video. Start with EAWMe Series 1 (this one is number 2) Don’t skip any exercise and follow the order of the series. 2 weeks, 50 repetitions (After the last repetition, hold it for 20 seconds) 2 weeks, 100 repetitions (After the last repetition, hold it for 20 seconds) 2 weeks, 150 repetitions (After the last repetition, hold it for 20 seconds) Choose 5 days of the week to do your facial exercises. Suscribe and check her videos. You will learn a lot. Her method is a hidden gem.

Hi Asma I am a gym member, I have been with Peta for over 2 years, The programme is this, we start with series 1 there is 5 exercises in this series, we do those 5 exercises for 5 days of the week we start with 50 reps. On the 6th day we do the power lift and massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do the 50 reps for 2 weeks of the 5 exercises in series 1 then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. This takes 6 weeks to complete the series, then we have 1 week off, during this time we learn the exercises for series 2. Peta recommends we do 1 exercise each day looking in the mirror listening to the video so we learn how to do the exercises for the next series. After the week off and learning, we start with series 2 doing the same as above, only now we will be doing the series 2 exercises. There are 6 series and we work through them as explained above. MISSYMINX261, ALL the muscles are included in her program. Follow the series, in order. You’ll exercise each face muscle, with the perfect order. The platisma is included as the rest of the face muscles are. Be patient. This really works.

Hello Peta please could you clarify if we move the levitation muscle and nose that it will "lift" the cheeks and not pull down. I thought you would need to to push up the muscle for it push up the cheek muscle. Please could you clarify as I seem to get nasolabial folds and drooping nose. So I don't want to get this wrong.
