Lamont mentions in the video he doesn’t know how the son/brother, Michael Thayer, passed away; according to an online obituary, he passed by suicide. Very tragic family.

The sister was born the same year as my dad and the brother was born the same year as my mom. My parents are in their 60s today.

The boy who was killed in the accident and was wearing a seat belt. Same thing happened to my stepson in 2000. He was in the Marines and they were travelling to one of the other guy's family house over Memorial weekend. Driver and the two passengers in the back seat were thrown from the car because they weren't wearing seatbelts. Jason was in the front passenger seat and was the only one wearing a seatbelt and the roof the car car caved in and crushed his head. Driver fell asleep at the wheel and they went up on a guardrail and the car flipped several times.
