Factorising Algebraic Expressions (3 of 3: The Quadratic Formula)

The idea behind this video is more important than most. Students frequently get into a pattern of using a recipe and not actually understanding what's going on. All 4 of these problems DONT have an equal sign which means they are all expressions. This means they CANT be solved, and only changed by factorizing, expanding, adding 1 or adding 0. Using the quadratic formula is valid BUT you must know that it gives a solution so you must change them into factors or you found "solutions" to a non existent equation.

this method is very complicated, the method used in eg.3 is not very complicated and it is easy.

Listen, Eddie Woo, 0:08 - 0:30, you are wrong don't you know that the time will also be wasted right? , it sounds worse but the, if you are studying m=by your own teacher ten I strictly recommend you that don't try his method or your time will be wasted, or it is your choice, these days time is very important and if you wasted our time by making the question long and long it's your mistake, don't feel bad about it, I am saying it only for your goods.
