ATI says 5 P's: 1. Passenger 2. Passageway 3. Powers 4. Position 5. Psychological I would go with what ATI says for NCLEX.

There are MANY variations of the P's; Some have 3, 4, 5, and even 6! Certainly go with whatever your school teaches, but we do our best to simplify and use the most evidence based practice available! --Meris :)
