Great explanation ! Two questions though: 1. At 4:09 when you name your device, must you use the same name as before the reset , or can you use a different name ? No impact on Windows license if you change a different name ? 2. Before doing the reset, if using Onedrive, must you first unlink your laptop from Onedrive to prevent that file deletion due to reset (?) results the files also being deleted on Onedrive ?

@@ermisg3161 well I decided to do the factory reset (using MyAsus in WinRE option), and after that, I ended up with Windows 11 21H1, complete with all the drivers and Asus apps pre-installed, just as I wanted. later, I received an update to 22H2. although at one point, I did feel like some things remained unchanged but they could just be one drive acting up, I can't recall exactly what those were since it happened 4 months ago and my memory is that of a potato. but i didnt have any old files or any old restore points though

Brother i need your help I have the same laptop, My problem is that i had two operating systems kali and windows, and what happened is before one day the kali logged so i forced shutdown, then the laptop started to go to the black screen with the light bulb indicator solid white, after some trying to boot to bios and ufei , i managed to format everything and it worked again, now today at morning i tried to turn it on , it shows me bios with no disks, i forced shutdown it, the black screen came back again , till now i am trying alot of things, please brother provide help for me, i will never forget it ❤️

Is selecting "remove everything" option, also delete windows? And will "local reinstall" install Windows without backup or anything!?
