Why is it that whenever I order the Vivobook I get the Sonic Master? Why is it that my speakers don't work even though they're connected to my Sonic Master? Only the SM speakers work, so I can't control the volume, n the quality is inferior. Why do my files disappear whenever I copy them from my back up flash drives from the old computer? The same thing happened with another computer I tried. Why does my printer no longer work? Why does the external DVD player not work? Why did the Chrome search engine switch suddenly to Yahoo Search? Btw, I connected my Asus monitor to the SM, as well as my mouse n keyboard.

Guys for old pc turn off ur pc remove ur battery and hold the power button for 30 sec and release the power button place the battery back and turn it on you should be on the recovery menu

help help help help this does not work instead turn on your computer, after click the restart button right on top of the shut down button, as soon as you click the restart button immediately click and hold down the shift key for 20 seconds and the computer should enter the blue screen you see here

Do you know if factory reset restore the original windows version? the automatic updates updated windows 10 to 11, and there's no option to restore by the usual config menu, so i was wondering if I can restore windows to 10 version as well

@@happysmile1062 Hey! actually I ended up realizing I got the latest Windows 10 updates instead 11 version, so when I reset my laptop, it proceed with a clean Windows 10 installation. I was having some doubts about Windows 11 because of my low requirements but System let you know if you have the requirements to install windows 11 just in Case. I have windows 10 so far.

The key is a 48 number and is in the Microsoft account in this case it will be on whom ever had that computer and in the account they were using
