I have been a knife fan for over 40 years and have been sharpening knives freehand for decades. I've tested a few systems over the years, but none of them convinced me. I recently bought a Tsprof Kadet Pro and what can I say, I love the system, it is solid, functional and precise. I still do a lot of freehand sharpening, but for example edge reprofiling I use the Tsprof system because it makes the process so much easier and is highly precise. 👍😀

Fully agree. The bevel at the tip and heel is always wider than at the center

But in this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/i4OcgpmcZpx3p9E You say 0.3 degrees. Can you confirm what is correct? Or maybe both will work just fine for deburring

There is a mistake in hard coded subs here kzbin.info/www/bejne/eZa7nJqHqLJ0n9E. In fact the speaker says 0.3 degrees, but in subs it is written as 3. Autotranslation... nothing to add)))
