[FAIL] 3x Mitsubishi Low Zone Elevators @ Emirates Office Tower, Za'abeel, Dubai, UAE

The set of three elevators in this video served floors 2-8 of the office tower, and unlike the other banks of elevators did not connect with any of the other passenger elevators on the intermediate landings. According to the building's floor plans available on the Internet, they had smaller cabs than the higher-rising units of elevators, and probably had geared 3-phase instead of gearless PM motors, judging by number of floors served. They also had a deactivated landing on the upper ground floor right below the lobby, which probably had been closed off since turnstiles were installed next to the floor 1 elevator vestibule; the intention was probably that the tenants could use these to access the retail boulevard via the upper ground floor, with that having become no longer possible after introduction of access control, leaving the pair of escalators next to them as the only option. (Doing so still did not harm wheelchair accessibility however, as one could take the elevators within the parking garage down one floor from outside the lobby, though that would require some trek compared to when using these elevators was still possible.) It wasn't possible to access them from the office lobby either during this visit, due to these elevators being behind a separate set of turnstiles than the other three sets of elevators that required a different kind of access pass from what was required for accessing the elevators to floors 10-51.
